Terms & Conditions

Effective July 3, 2026. The short version: everything is made to order, you pay what checkout shows, you can return unworn pieces within 30 days, and if we ever can't fulfil an order properly we cancel it and refund you in full.

Who we are

These terms govern every purchase from INSPIR Clothing ("INSPIR", "we", "us") through inspirclothing.com. By placing an order you agree to them — please read them before checking out. If anything here is unclear, contact us first; we would rather answer a question than argue a clause.

Made to order

Every INSPIR piece is printed to order — your garment does not exist until you order it. That is deliberate: no overstock, no waste. It also means a short making period before dispatch (typically 2–5 business days) and that each piece is individually produced.

Because each garment is made individually, small variations in print placement and colour are natural and are not defects. Colours also render differently across screens — the garment you receive may differ slightly from what your display shows.

Sizing is listed on each product page under the size guide. Measurements are of the garment laid flat and carry the usual small manufacturing tolerance.

Orders, acceptance & our right to cancel

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch — not before. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, and, in rare cases, we may cancel after acceptance where fulfilment is no longer possible to our standard.

Reasons we may cancel include, without limitation: we believe we cannot produce or deliver the order to the quality or timeline you deserve; the item, colour, or size has become unavailable; a pricing or listing error; an address we cannot deliver to; or suspected fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund — item and shipping — to your original payment method, normally initiated within 2 business days of cancellation. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. A cancellation of this kind is the whole of our liability for the affected order.

Pricing, currency & payment

Prices are shown in your region’s currency where supported. Payment itself is processed in US dollars — the exact USD amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card details.

Shipping is shown as its own line at checkout, not hidden in the item price. Prices can change at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.

Depending on your country, the price may not include local import duties or taxes that your jurisdiction levies on delivery. Where such charges apply, they are your responsibility.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched from within your delivery region wherever possible, then delivered by carbon-neutral courier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — making time plus courier transit can vary, particularly around holidays.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Please make sure the address is complete and correct — we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you mistyped, though we will always try to help.

Cancelling your order

You can request a cancellation while your order is still in pre-production — the fastest way is the order tracking page, using your order number and email. Once a garment has entered production it is being made specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled, but the returns policy below still applies once it arrives.

Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Start a return through the contact page with your order number — we will confirm the return address and process the refund once the piece reaches us.

Refunds go to the original payment method. If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as ordered, tell us within 30 days with a photo — we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, without asking you to return it first in most cases.

Intellectual property

Every design, artwork, photograph, and text on this site belongs to INSPIR. Buying a garment buys the garment — it does not license the artwork for reproduction, resale printing, or commercial use. Please don’t copy our designs; they are the house.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for our own fraud. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost opportunities, or disappointment on the third day of a music festival.

Nothing here affects statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence; where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.

Privacy

We collect what running a store requires and little else: your order details, delivery address, and email are used to make, ship, and support your order; payment details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers. If you write to us or leave feedback, we keep the message so we can act on it.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the store is used. We do not sell your data. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us and we will handle it promptly.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the house evolves; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies to a new order. These terms are effective as of July 3, 2026.
